Chilly rice

Stew in butter 1 onion, 1 cup Pearl rice “KRINA”. Add 50 ml white wine, 2 cups chicken bouillon, salt, black pepper, 200 g peas, 1 diced carrot, 1 diced chilly pepper. Stir well and pour into backing dish. Arrange with tomato rings and sprinkle with parmesan. Roast for an hour. Bon appetite!
